2. Services described

System Maple Line provides session-based cold wallet maintenance, including custody reviews, hardware wallet audits, and recovery readiness checks. Our services are educational and procedural in nature. We do not custody, transfer, or hold client assets or private keys.

3. Booking and payment

Session fees are stated on our rates page and confirmed at booking. Payment is required to reserve a session slot. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for bringing accurate information about your custody setup to each session. You must not share seed phrases, private keys, or PINs via email, messaging apps, or unencrypted channels. You are responsible for implementing recommendations after sessions at your own discretion.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, layout, session templates, and documentation formats, is owned by System Maple Line Co., Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission. Session summaries provided to you are for your personal use.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, System Maple Line Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our sessions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fee paid for the session giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will prevent loss of assets. Cryptocurrency custody carries inherent risks that no advisory service can eliminate.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gyeonggi Province.
