Quarterly Custody Review

Who this session is for

Individuals and family offices holding Bitcoin or other assets in hardware wallets who have not reviewed their custody setup in the past twelve months. Typical clients manage one to five devices across multiple signing schemes.

What happens during the session

We begin with an intake conversation about your current setup: which devices you use, where backups are stored, who else knows the location, and whether your passphrase or seed has been rotated since your last purchase.

The hands-on portion covers:

• Physical inspection of each hardware wallet for tampering or wear
• Firmware version check against manufacturer release notes
• Verification that your displayed receive addresses match your records
• Review of metal seed backups, paper cards, and passphrase storage
• Assessment of multisig or passphrase configurations if applicable
• Update of your written custody summary document

What is included

• Three-hour session with a senior custody advisor
• Written summary delivered within five business days
• Checklist for actions to complete before your next quarterly review
• One follow-up email within thirty days for clarifying questions

What is excluded

• We do not hold, transfer, or have access to your private keys at any point
• We do not provide tax filing, legal estate planning, or investment recommendations
• Device replacement or new wallet setup beyond verification is billed separately

Preparation

Bring all hardware wallets, backup materials, and any existing documentation to the Yongin office. For remote sessions, have devices charged and backups accessible in a private room. Do not photograph or share seed phrases digitally before or during the session.
