Scope
This shorter session targets a single device or a matched pair used in multisig. We confirm the unit is genuine, firmware is current, and recovery from your backup succeeds on a spare device we provide in a controlled environment.
Process
After verifying the device’s physical integrity and bootloader status, we guide you through a test recovery using your seed phrase on our isolated test hardware. We then cross-reference any open security advisories from the manufacturer and note recommended actions.

Holders who purchased a device recently and want independent verification before transferring significant holdings, or those who received a wallet as a gift and need confidence in its authenticity.
